Hanukkah Greetings.
In my Holiday Greetings video i worked alone and i was talking about Hanukkah. What i believe i did a great job on was that i put music in my video which helped alot. Seeing the before and after with the music made a big difference. It really brought out the picture and the holiday. I included alot of imformation about Hanukkah and how it is celebrated. The image was a temple in Jerusalem where you can celebrate the tradition. The editing i had done for my video was actually pretty good i messed up in alot of my video but after it was edited. It came out great there are parts where you may tell its been cut but there was nothing i really could have done to fix that besides put a picture over me and you could have listened to my voice. My credits came out good as well they flowed well and you can read it.
As i was watching the other videos i would've liked to do something like Luis and Julissa's group the put a title with there name right next to them that was nice. Also i loved how the other groups dressed up a little bit that made it more as if they were really in Korea and other places.
What i did to create my video was i took my time in editing it as well as took all the informatiom i had seriously. I didnt have a partner i did it my self with a little help from Dr. A and Luis too. He help me find my music. But other than that i worked hard on my video and tried my best with the information i knew. What i would do differently if i had the chance is i would probably do the filming part better. I should have took more time with that so i didnt have to edit so much of it. Also i would've added more pictures to my video to show the Menorah and the candles being lite. But overall i think i did a awsome job doing the video on my own. :)

Greenscreen Workshop
By doing the Green Screen you just film what you want to say and do in front of a green blanket type of thing. After you finish that you dump you video in the computer and import into the Adobe Media. Once you upload it you start editing your video. you have to color your screen black then adjust your picture that you want your backround to be and yourself. after you do all that you can add affects in it as well as music. after you get that all done you export and upload your video to wherever you would like it. The important thing about filming the green screen is that if you mess up keep on filming that part so you dont have to edit to much or it will look a tad bit choppy. Also make sure you capture everything you want to be shown on you film. And if you would like pictures and different backrounds then add them it makes it look pretty neat. The problems you might face when eliminating the green screen background is that you may look as if youu were faded or maybe a little in the picture like you were see through. I think using the Adobe Premiere Pro was easier for me because we used it so much that i got use to all the things we had to do with like editing the film and the timeline part.

5 Things I've learned from other videos.
In this video When Bree is walking in the hallway area its a real serious moment and it stands out good. It feels kind of personal in a way. the music tone went with the hole video it brought out certain points like the hallway part and the interviews it was more of a mellow tone.
There are so many things ive learned from this video. The graphics that they put in the video made everything pop out and catch my attention even more than others. Also the angels they used in there video like when Crystal was interviewed they had zoomed up close i liked that or even when Perla was talking they had her sitting on something and she was looking down at the camera. Ive learned by switching the camera angels makes some interviews stand out more. There video is one of the best and if i were to do my groups all over it would be a little bit better!
Final Draft. Sexting
My Group and i worked on our video of sexting and how effective it can be.
What i am most proud about is that we finished it and it really catches students attention according to our feedback. The comments from others really helpful in our interview with Estephania we really couldnt hear her to well and we needed to change that. I believe we have a few errors in spelling that we had to correct which we did so. We also moved some clips around, its not noticeable it just makes it flow a bit better.
If we had a couple days more to work on it i believe we would add more graphics too it so it looks more as if it came from a News channel.
If we were to start all over we would keep our interviews because the teachers we talked to had some really positive things to as in what to do if sexting was happening too you! They really had a positive impact. The only thing i think we should have done was to interview students about it. I think us as students should really understand how serious this issue can be. I gained a lot about working on this project for example the consequences that come with sexting and the emotional damage it can bring to someone. Its really crazy to believe but we all have to take action to stop it and not do it ourselves. But overall i think we did a pretty good job with the video we worked together and we enjoyed our outcome of it. :)

extract1
A simple cut in the timeline means you are just cutting out that part. When you cut, the other clips in the timeline stay in place there is just a gap in between them. A ripple edit is when you take off that clip and the whole thing comes together. You do this by clicking the right button and clicking ripple delete. After you do that, the other clips to the right come together leaving no gap. Lifting and extracting are two ways to cut the clips out of the timeline. To do this above the timeline there are buttons and they sort of look like three squares one is for lifting the other is for extracting. Lifting is when you just lift it up out of the timeline and it leaves a gap between the clips. As for extracting you extract the part of the clip you dont want and it doesnt leave a gap it actually brings the clips together. This is an example of extract edit. I decided to edit where i did because it didnt look to bad it went together pretty well. It may look like i cut it from there to there but overall i thought it was a good spot to do so.

overlay1barraza
The difference between the overlay and an insert edit clip are that the insert doesnt keep playing the clip. As for the overlay when you insert you clip it keeps on playing the clip so you dont leave off where the new one is inserted. You would use an overlay clip when you want to block something out, while you'd use an insert clip when you want to add a part to the clip. In this case the overlay edit works better because you can edit something out if you dont want it and add something even better. Like if the horse doesnt make the jump you can add a clip that has the horse jumping so it looks good.
